DISSEMINATION OF THE PROJECT
The dissemination of the project results has been taken, continuously throughout the project implementation.
DISSEMINATION TO THE TEACHERS
Since the project has started, we informed teachers of the school board about all the project activities as well as results at schoolteachers’ meetings.
We informed them about weekly student meetings and activities, regular teachers project meetings and they were invited to join the project team of teachers especially during some specific events like organizing workshops for students and teachers - "Easter Egg Decorating Tradition in Croatia", "Little Glagolitic Script Printing Office", "Music & dancing tradition" "A school Debate club", "Planting a Friendship Tree" or during the intensive preparatory time before mobilities when we usually need more experts.
After returning from all the mobilities/transnational meetings, teachers were introduced with project activities through digital or oral presentations. They were shown and presented with knowledge’s and experiences, as well as given suggestions for improvement of teaching methods and school organization ideas (2 times since February).
PARENT BOARD, SCHOOL BOARD
The same presentations were continuously given to the Parents Board and School Board.
STUDENTS TO STUDENTS
Periodically, the students present to each other experiences they gained working on the project – through written essays which they write individually and then present frontally.
Likewise, teams of the students attending mobilities present their tasks and activities before they leave to students and teachers in the project.
That way everybody comments and gives ideas for improvement of the tasks.
After they return from the mobilities, students summarize their experiences in the mobility week and present it digitally to the students and teachers’ teams.
The idea was to motivate other students to join and stay further in the project, as well as show them the benefit of project meetings and the project itself.
This way the rest of the students can learn about partner countries – culture, customs, school systems, as well as challenges other students are facing during their education and growing up period.
DISSEMINATION THROUGH COOPERATION WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS
We have collaborated with Ministry of Science and Education, City Department of Education - Zagreb, Croatian Employment Service, SOS Children Village in Croatia, Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Zagreb, Institute for Social Research in Zagreb, Elementary School Gustav Krklec, NGO's - Plavi Telefon (Blue Telephone), AreYouSyrious, JFF (Educational Programs of the Festival of Tolerance), Lado-National Folk Dance Ensemble of Croatia - when we presented this project to them, as well as in cooperation with the Croatian tourist board, several times.
LOCAL COMMUNITY - DISSEMINATION THROUGH THE INTERNET AND OTHER MEDIA
The project is disseminated on the local and national level. We are regularly informing the local community about our project steps and results by school newspaper articles (School Media Group had been informing about the project).
All the results of this project were published on the schools’ web pages.
The school website provides all information on project meetings and student activities through the records and agenda of all meetings held so far. We are very proud of the number of over 60 Students’ Meetings that have been already held.
Besides that, the project was presented several times, on the national radio station HR1 - in educational program Čičak, by an interview with students and teachers. We have already sent some invitations to Croatian National Television and RTL television to give an interview.
Also, project topics and activities were presented publicly through social networks, newspapers articles, especially by the teachers actively involved in this project in all project countries.
